Dusty has been serving in the Worship Ministry in various churches across Ohio for 16 years. Dusty has a B.A. in Music Performance from Wright State University and a Master's Degree in Theological Studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. An avid Worship Leader, Entrepreneur, DJ, and coffee roaster, Dusty is passionate about creating a culture of servant leadership and breaking down the walls of pride and identity that often come with hand-in-hand with skilled musicians in the church. As a Pastor, Encourager and Mentor, his greatest passion is helping others step forward in their faith to lead in the ways God is ordaining in others' lives. Dusty loves to spend time with his wife Nicole, and his two sons, Declan and Daxton.
